Overrated, like the all Tintagel village. l had made a reservation and on arrival, I walked in and walked out. The receptionist was pleasant, but very slow and had to call on the phone 3 times to verify the very, very expensive room was available. I just walked out. The place was not for me. Gorgeous hotel in a stunning location. Beds extremely comfortable and service is outstanding. Be prepared though, if you stay in one of the more basic rooms, the bathroom/toilet is nothing more than a pod! Not an issue for us, but it may be for some, so consider yourself warned!

Couldn't if asked for more. I was even allowed to park my car there the morning I arrived way before check in. Details matter.
